Section III · Leadership Headquarters: 19 staff

Nineteen people at the centre.

Headquarters · Wilmington, Delaware

Our headquarters is small on principle. The partnership is run by seven officers, supported by a dozen colleagues in finance, legal, and operations. Decisions of consequence are taken in person, around a single table on the third floor of a building we have occupied since 1991.

§ I The Executive Committee

Seven officers,
one table.

The Executive Committee meets every other Tuesday. The agenda is circulated on Monday afternoon and is, by tradition, no more than one page long.
